Translator and voiceover artist experienced in voice recording Spanish

I am looking for a person who, based on the recorded video lessons in Spanish, will be able to take care of preparing the translation into English. This could look like this, listening to the text in through headphones, and immediately recording the voice with the Spanish translation into English.

Of course, other solutions can be implemented here, which I am open to.
