Translator for kids book Arabic,Portuguese and Chinese

Hello. I am looking for a translator for a kids book (in English) Initially into Arabic ,Chinese and Portuguese .
The book is approx 5000 words.
Ideally - this what/whom I am looking for.
Someone who is fluent and accurate. I don’t want to necessarily have someone else to proofread the translation.
Someone who is capable of providing the book back to me in ready to publish format (for KDP) - paperback and ebook formats.
This will start with one book and one language but could potentially expand to multiple books and languages.
