Translator for Poetry ENG-ARB

I have a small booklet of eight handwritten poems (in English ) that my grandfather wrote to my grandmother. I would like to get these poems translated, so that I can give copies to my sister, her children, and my children for the holidays. I'm obviously looking for someone who can translate English to Arabic (I speak some arabic, but not well enough), but I'd also like a translator who has a flair for poetry. I think the biggest issue with this project is my grandfather's cursive handwriting, which is challenging. I'd be happy to try and work with you to puzzle out some of the words. We can work on either a fee per poem basis (if some poems prove impossible), an hourly rate, or a fixed fee for the entire project. I'm flexible and reasonable. I've attached a pdf of the poems. I know the quality isn't the greatest, and I will try to get you a better copy if you feel it is necessary.
