Responsible to translate documentation from Arabic to English, from English to French and vis versa as needed, including but not limited to minutes of Meetings, Letters of Intent/Demand Letters/Letters of Guarantee.
Certificates of all types such as service certificates, NOC certificates.
Advertisements of Tenders/Client Contractual Documents (general & specific conditions, technical specifications, bill of quantities, covering letters)/Prequalification and classification requirements.
Financial Statements.
Letters to Governmental Authorities (Traffic Dept, Labour Office) & Embassies.
Claims to be submitted to law firms and courts.
Articles of Association/Internal Regulation/Partners Agreements & Resolution.
Sales Agreements and Purchase
