Translation of technical documents into Spanish

I am looking for a skilled translator to translate technical documents from English to Spanish. The total word count of the documents is between 1000-5000 words. The target audience is a general readership, so the translator should be able to convey complex technical information in a clear and accessible manner. There is no preference for the Spanish dialect, so the translator can use either European Spanish or Latin American Spanish.
