Translation services from English to Basque

We are in need of translating a tender bid from English to Basque. At this stage the document is incomplete so cannot provide exact scope but will consist of a word document of around 30-50 pages and will be mainly text but it is likely it will also have some diagrams. It will have a very short timeline for turnaround of max 24 hours.
