Translation services for Video Project of Hebrew language to English

We are in need of translation services for a video project for a TV series. We currently have interviews of people speaking Hebrew that we need guaranteed translated from Hebrew to English. You would need to download each video from vimeo to translate, translate them, subtitle them, and upload the SRT files.
