Translation to multiple languages (10 languages). 1700 words

We need a translation of .properties and. js files to 10 languages:
German (Austria)
Dutch (Belgium)
Czech
Greek
Portuguese
Polish
Turkish
Chinese(Taiwan)
Japanese
South Korean

Automatic translation could be ok for us, if a STRONG AND GOOD HUMAN proofreading take place after that automatic translation. Manual Human translation is also ok. We will contract some other random translators after the project in order to check that the job was done correctly.

As .property files, and .js files, there are words, KEY words for programming that SHOULD NOT BE TRANSLATED.
