Translation from English to Turkish

I need you to translate documents from English to Turkish. Remember that you should not use any technology for that. It must be done solely by you. Also , the work flow is not constant. So, sometimes you will be recieving lots of work and sometimes very less. I want people to work on long term basis. First of all , you will have to submit a test which will not be paid.
