Translation from English to French

I am specializing in online travelling and I'm looking for translators and content writers (freelance) due to the ongoing creation of media, campaigns. The translation should be from English to Spanish, German and French. There are several important text documents that need to be translated, about 1000 words each, non-academic. Though a formal touch would be necessary once in a while.
Conditions:
This is a freelancing position with no limitation as to the location
Qualifications
Linguistic Skills: excellent writing skills in the native language
CAT Tools Experience: allow for no experience (with beginners)
English level: good reading & writing proficiency. A MUST
Other skills: Attention to detail, strict adherence to deadlines
Professional Memberships and Accreditation (is not a MUST but a big plus)
Prior client list (is not a MUST but a big plus)
Experience adapting/writing/translated marketing texts
