Translation of an antique

I am looking for a freelancer to help me translate an antique document I have recently acquired. The language of the antique is something Indopersian and from the 19th century, so I am looking for a translator that has experience with this particular language in order to maintain the original tone and style to as great of an extent as possible while translating it into English. The translator must be able to work with the original antique language in order to do justice to the intrinsic cultural nuances and interpret them to an English audience. I am open to working with someone who has an understanding of the reference material’s native language in order to best render its original flavor.
