Translation: Vietnamese to English

I need a 39 minute .m4a format audio file translated from Vietnamese to English. Sometimes the audio can get soft or hard to hear due to background noise, so please do your best. I will provide a Dropbox link to download the audio file once the project is underway. The finished translation can be of any text or Excel format as long as it is easy to read and follow. Please include timestamps and any notes or comments about your translation as you see fit.. ie: "Note: This part of the audio was hard to translate but here is my best guess."
