Translation/Subtitling of 30-minute Video in Palauan into English

Hello! I'm looking to hire an experienced translator/subtitler for a potential project - a 30-minute video recorded in Palauan that requires translation into English with subtitles and time codes. I want all translations to be synced to the video/soundwaves and the required format is SRT file (preferably through the use of Subtitle Edit -which is quite easy to use). We would further instruct the translator if needed.

The source language is Palauan and the target language is English. This task requires a great deal of accuracy, linguistic savvy and attention to detail, so only native speakers of Palauan are welcome to apply.
