Translation to Spanish

I’m looking for a translator to help me with a project requiring an expertise in French with the ability to translate into Spanish. The person for this role should have experience with translation, specifically in this language pair. In addition to experience, I am looking for someone with the organizational skills to provide a detailed project proposal. Lastly, the successful freelancer should be able to provide editing and proofreading services to ensure accuracy and quality.
