Translation Job - Lithuanian
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Translation Reviewer – Join Our Team!
We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Translation Reviewers to ensure the accuracy, fluency, and cultural appropriateness of translated content across a range of projects.
What You'll Do
Review and edit translated texts to ensure they are accurate, natural-sounding, and consistent with the US English source material. You'll verify terminology, style, and tone, flagging any errors or inconsistencies and working closely with translators to maintain the highest quality standards. All work is carried out via our client's secure online portal, making it a fully remote and flexible engagement.
What We're Looking For
You must be a native Lithuanian speaker and have strong fluency in US English, as all source content is written in US English. A sharp eye for detail and a solid grasp of grammar, style, and cultural nuance in your native language are essential. Previous experience in translation, editing, or proofreading is required, and familiarity with CAT tools (such as SDL Trados or MemoQ) is a plus.
How It Works
Once you have been assessed and accepted, you will be provided with login credentials to our client's online portal, through which all assignments will be accessed and submitted. There is no need for any specialist software on your end — just a reliable internet connection and a keen eye for quality.
Payment Structure
The rate per word is $0.02. We operate on a monthly word-count basis. All words reviewed throughout a given calendar month are totalled at the end of that month, and payment for that work is issued within 45 days of the month's end. This is a transparent, volume-based system that rewards consistent output.
Why Work With Us
We offer flexible working arrangements, competitive rates, and the opportunity to work on diverse and interesting content. Whether you're looking for freelance work or a longer-term engagement, we'd love to hear from you.
How to Apply
Please submit your CV along with a brief cover letter and any relevant samples or qualifications. Please ensure your CV does not include your email address or phone number, as we are conducting a blind recruitment process. Please indicate your native language and the language pair(s) you work with.
