Translation to Hindi/Flipino

We are about to launch a lottery game on the webb and in an app. We need to have a approx 3 pages of game rules text translated from English. We also need appox 500 words or very brief phrases translated for the website/app messages. All material is in English. Filipino/Tagalog and Hindi wanted. (Not necessarily by same translator!)
