Translation

I part own a property in France. Firstly I need to pay the tax but I need the IBAN number of their account to pay the money into and the reference number to use. I have attached the bill and circled the telephone number to contact. Secondly later on I will need to find a French Advocate to deal with the property. I don't speak French so I need someone to translate for me.
