Translating product texts multiple languages

Hi,
We are looking for translators who can translate from Dutch to English (British). It is for multiple commercial product texts, so it is very important that these are translated on a professional level. Meaning: no use of Google Translate or other translate programs! We do have proofreaders, so we will notice if you make use of machine translating.
IMPORTANT: We are looking for a long-term partnership. In the future we will also need Dutch-French (or English-French) and Dutch-Danish (or English-Danish) translations. This means that we are now looking for a translator who will be able to do French and Danish translations in the future as well.
We pay by the word. Please let us know your rate. We only pay if the texts are translated on a professional level. If there are a lot of mistakes, we will send everything back and do not pay. But, if done correct, we have lots of work.
As said before, we are looking for a long-term partnership. This is why we ask qualified translators to do a writing assessment first. Attached you will find two Dutch commercial product text. We would like you to translate these into English (British). Besides, you will also find two English commercial product text. These text needs to be translated into both French and Danish. After the assessment, we will determine if we would like to work with you on a long-term basis. We will pay you to do the assessment (we pay by the word). Again, please let us know your rate.

• The lay-out of the translated documents needs to be identical to the ones we send you.
