Translate video with subtitles (Spanish to English)

Please translate these short videos on poverty for me (using .srt files) into english subtitles. Total video time is about less than 15 mins. Priority will be given to candidates that verify their english/spanish skills by messaging me a link to a video showing a short ~1 min translation of either of these videos. Final deliverable can be .srt or (preferably) the full videos with subtitles included.
