Translate a manuscript on a house building project

I'm about to embark on a construction project on the building of a new 2 bedroom living house.
I wish to have a manuscript of the entire process translated to my native language from the foundation process up to the roofing.
This may take about 25 pages or less and payment will be a total of the work per page.
