Translate lines from English (or Russian) to Malay

I have Website that currently have English and Russian translation, i need to translate it to Malay language.
I have two files that contains strings of text that used in website interface.

Files are in CSV format, they contain 3 columns: Russian, English translation and Malay translation.
Your job is to fill Malay translation column.
Note that not all strings are translated in English, but dont worry, im only asking to translate English words.

Requirements:
- Strictly keep order of lines, dont add or remove lines (even if they are empty)
- Dont change anything in other two columns
- Keep special symbols as they should look like in other languages (copy from EN)
- Keep special words that site use for dynamic content not translated (they look like "%(WORD)")
- Use UTF8 Encoding

This files was generated from po files, and original translation was made in gettext format.
Those CSV files are easy to understand and can be edited pretty much in any editor that supports them.

There is 211 lines and ~650 words (3600 symbols) you need to translate in those strings.
Strings are not very unique and contain same words multiple times.

I have attached 1 of the 2 files so you can check out the format and try.

Native Malay speakers preferred :)
