Translate from English to... English :)

hi,
I have ~300 questions that managers and employees ask each other during annual 1-on-1 individual meetings. They are translated into english by DeepL translator. I need native English speaker to correct and make those questions sound really English. The questions are grouped by topics so when translating please check if the question correspond the topic as the right meaning of a question could have been lost during machine translation. Some questions may be translated wrong - so if you find some question that doesn't sound right or is not clear - please mark them and I'll check in the original language to make it correct.
I attach the example of the file - just the beginning.
The same is with the rules/recommendations how to use those questions - the file consist of ~2000 words also translated by DeepL. I need you reading and correcting into THE English, not my English (I'm not native English speaker) nor machine English.
