Translate for Arabic to English

I'm looking for someone who can translate text from Arabic to English for a medicals clinical. The project requires someone with an excellent command of both languages, who also has experience in translation and is familiar with the cultural nuances between the two languages. Additionally, I would like them to be able to work quickly, accurately, and provide me with quality translations within a reasonable timeline.
