Translate english to turkish

The project is to translate English document that has 2200 words spread on about 15 pages ( not full ) and they are in tables from English to turkish language. It's important not to use Google Translator, I need pure translation as the material is medical and the information needs to be correct and easily understood. Its basic english not a scientific language however the information needs to be written well so the reader can understand it.
