Translate and Record 6000 Norsk Sentences

I have 6000 Norsk sentences in audio form. I need them translated to French and recorded in audio form with a Parisian French accent. I'm looking for someone who can sequence the audio using Python, so that each Norsk sentence is followed by its French translation, repeated twice.
