Translate a Newspaper Article from English to Urdu

Please find attached a DOC file containing a newspaper article that needs to be translated from English to Urdu.
In submitting your bid, please attach a DOC file with the highlighted words (about 100 words) translated so that I may evaluate the quality of the translation.
You should use the most flowery, baroque, and exaggerated Urdu possible.
If the project is awarded to you, the entire translation must be completed in 24 hours.
If you feel necessary to rewrite some part of the translation to make idiomatic sense in Urdu, you should do so. A word-for-word robotic translation is not required.
