Translate Medical transcript from Hebrew to English

I am looking for a skilled translator who can accurately translate a medical transcript from Hebrew to English. The transcript is approximately 173 pages long, with an average of 250 words per page. Most of the content is typed, but there are some handwritten sections as well.
