Translate Medical Document Russian <> English

Hi,

I'm looking for a translator to translate Oncological Patient document from Russian to English. The original Document is a scanned paper and needs to be translated into an English Word Document. In Total the documen t is 12 A4 pages. Document contains text, tables and medical abbreviations & expressions.
