Translate Language File from English to Telugu & Hindi

I design websites for Indian people and need the English language file translating into Telugu and a 2nd translation into Hindi. To bid for this project you need to be fluent in English, Telugu and Hindi. There are approximately 250 entries in the Language file. Example entries:

I will provide the English version, you convert to Telugu and send me the translated file, you then repeat the translation and send me a 2nd file with the Hindi translation.
