Translate English Rule Book into Afrikaans

Job ID: 37687508

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

Our aim is to translate the English rule book of our Society into Afrikaans, making this essential resource accessible to members of the society who are native Afrikaans speakers.

We believe communication is key to fostering a sense of unity and understanding, and eliminating language barriers is a part of that. The English rule book provides important guidelines, regulations, and principles for members. By creating an Afrikaans version, we aim to increase inclusivity and allow native Afrikaans speakers to interact with this resource in a language they are most comfortable with.

To successfully undertake this endeavour, we are seeking to hire skilled translators proficient in both English and Afrikaans. Previous experience in the translation of legal or official documents is preferred, as the language and terms used in the rule book can be complex. The candidates should have an excellent level of understanding and articulation of both English and Afrikaans language nuances and subtleties.

In addition, a basic understanding of religious terminology would be beneficial for this project. The individual or team should have outstanding attention to detail to ensure accurate transmission of information from the original English text to the Afrikaans translation.

We are eagerly looking forward to embarking on this journey with dedicated professionals who can passionately express the essence of SSVP within the Afrikaans-speaking community.

The English Rule Book is 101 pages and around 33,000 words
