Translate & Edit Portuguese Social Videos

I have several short social-media videos recorded in Portuguese that need to be prepared for an English-speaking audience. The task is twofold: first, translate the spoken and on-screen content accurately into natural-sounding English; second, edit each clip so the pacing, graphics, and overall look feel native to Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook feeds.
You may choose the best approach—burned-in English subtitles or a clean edit with an accompanying .srt file—but the result must be perfectly synced, easy to read on mobile, and visually consistent with the original brand style. Minor cuts, color tweaks, and simple motion graphics are welcome whenever they improve flow or clarity.
Please work in the editor you know best (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) and deliver:
• A final MP4 ready for immediate upload to social platforms
• A separate subtitle file (.srt or .vtt) if subtitles are not embedded
