[Transcription, Translation and Subtitles Generation] Ukrainian to English

We need a professional to transcript, translate and generate english .srt subtitles from Ukranian to English for 1 video, with 25 minutes max. lenght.

Details:

We have a 25 minutes video with Ukrainian audio, that we want to be transcripted, translated to english and have closed captions (.srt format) - in english - generated, to be incorporated into the video CC.

The video has a tech / law vocabulary, additionally to daily expressions in Ukrainian.
