The Case for Haitian Duo-Citizenship -- 2

Show mathematically and graphically how Haitians in the Diaspora and governments like United States, Canada and France with the largest community of Haitians can together pull Haiti from its dire poverty. I would like to do a retrospection back to the return of France under the government of Charles X claiming an indemnity of 150 million francs gold, approximately $21 billion (USD) as of July 24, 2021. I would also like to touch the point that Dominican Republic with the help of the West particularly Spain (2/3) of the territory should be responsible for 2/3 of the indemnity since they split 19 years after, 1844. We can go back to the years of end of 19th century and beginning of the 20th century the fight amongst France, United States and Germany over the control of Haiti. As a result of the first world war, US in July 1915 sent its Marine to occupy Haiti/show damage caused to the island leading to the dire condition. I want to go deeper showing the passing of puppet presidents (instruments of the west mostly France, Canada and United States.) Now come the mathematical and graphical demonstration where I show on the Y-axis the betterment of Haiti and on the X-axis the number of duo-citizens. As we move to the right of X-axis the condition of Haiti on Y-axis moves up.
