General description of requested features:
Multilingual support: English, Persian, Uzbek, Russian, Hebrew, Arabic, Chinese, Hindi.
Read the list of website services every ten minutes and update the web app.
Allow customers to place orders and view the list of registered orders.
As an admin, I should be able to configure certain services not to be displayed in the bot - referring to the main website services.
Service descriptions are not available through the API, so I need to manually add descriptions for each service.
Essentially, you need to design a web app based on the Telegram API and connect it to a Telegram bot.

In essence, the web app will be created based on my website's API, smmmain.com. To use it, the customer will need to use their personal API key to activate the bot.

What I want is exactly the same functionality as this bot. If you start the bot and register on the smmMain.com website, providing it with the API key, it will be activated for you.
Please note that I want the functionality to be similar, but the appearance of the bot and others should be in the form of a web view, similar to this: @durgerkingbot.
