Telegram Community Chat Moderator -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 SGD
I’m looking for a dependable partner to keep my Telegram community active, informed, and welcoming. Your main task is straightforward: respond to incoming chats in real time, nurture conversations, and make sure every member feels heard. The community revolves around Indonesian-speaking users, so friendly, concise Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
What the work looks like day-to-day
• Monitor our public and private Telegram groups during agreed shifts.
• Answer questions, share the information or resources I supply, and escalate anything you’re unsure about to me.
• Greet new members, remind people of house rules when needed, and defuse potential conflicts before they grow.
• Send me a brief end-of-shift recap highlighting common issues and any suggestions to improve engagement.
Acceptance criteria
• Average response time under ten minutes while you’re on shift.
• Messages are polite, clear, and helpful; no template spam.
• Daily recap delivered on time.
