Technical English to French Translation

I require a translation service that will handle a technical Word document from English to French. As the document contains Engineering terminology, an ideal freelancer would have experience in Engineering, and a strong grasp of technical French language. Google translate or any automated translation tools are not acceptable as the translation needs to be precise and accurate.
