I have a set of tài liệu kỹ thuật that I need translated and returned as a clean, fully-typed file—no scans or images, just editable text. The core of the job is “đánh văn bản dịch thuật”: accurately convert the content into the target language we agree on, while preserving all terminology, tables, figures and formatting cues found in the original.
Source files will be shared as soon as we start; you may receive them in PDF or image form, but the final deliverable must be a well-structured Word document (DOCX) ready for direct use. Please keep original headings, numbering, units and any embedded references intact so engineers can follow the material without cross-checking the source.
If you use CAT tools such as Trados, MemoQ or Wordfast, let me know—it will help ensure consistency on repeat terms. Otherwise, a meticulously proof-read manual translation is fine as long as the terminology remains accurate.
I will review the work for:
• Complete, line-for-line coverage of the source
• Faithful technical terminology
• Proper formatting (headings, bullet levels, diagrams placeholders, etc.)
• Zero spelling or grammar issues in the target language
