Technical Chinese to English SOP Translation

I'm seeking a proficient translator with experience in scientific and technical documentation to accurately translate two Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) (TLC & HPLC) from traditional Chinese to English. These SOPs are 5 (TLC) and 8 pages (HPLC) long.
Key Requirements:
- A solid understanding of scientific terms and terminology that must be accurately translated.
- Comfortable with an intermediate level of subject matter knowledge.
- Familiarity with target audience (researchers).
Ideal Skills/Experience:
