I have an audio recording in Tamil, under ten minutes long, that I need rendered into clear, natural-sounding English. Your task is twofold: first, capture every spoken word accurately, and second, translate the meaning so it reads fluently for an English-speaking reader without losing any cultural nuance or context from the original Tamil.
