TTML English to Spanish Translation

I need someone to translate our current English TTML files into Mexican Spanish. I will provide the existing English TTML, a video link to ensure proper context, and can suggest a TTML tool to help create a file if needed. Rate will be $2 per minute of video. Maybe a little more if you are experienced and/ or work quickly. Videos are typically 1-10 minutes in length, but may go as long as an hour on occasion. Backlog and longer term ongoing work will be needed.
