Subtitling a Persian Opperette

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to subtitle a Persian operetta that has a duration of 1 hour. I have the written text available and I would like the subtitles to be in English.

Skills and Experience:
- Fluency in both Persian and English
- Experience in subtitling or transcription services
- A literary and poetic sense in translation
-A knowledge in the historical, religious and spiritual context of the play
- Ability to match the timing of the subtitles with the audio of the operetta
