Subtitles for 120 languages

I am in need of a freelancer who can provide subtitles for my video in 120 different languages. The original video is in English and is between 10-30 minutes in duration. I require subtitles for all 120 languages, so proficiency in each of these languages is necessary. Additionally, I am looking for someone with experience in subtitling and who can provide accurate translations for each language.
