Subtitles in English for Hindi videos

I need a subtitler who can write subtitles for the YouTube videos provided by me. You have to write subtitles for 1 hour of content daily. The video language will be Hindi, and you will have to write subtitles in English. Even if you don't know how to write subtitles, you can still apply, but make sure that you have a good command of English and must have decent typing speed. 
I will pay 5000 rupees per month for this work.
