Standard quality translation needed

We're currently need to work hand in hand with some native Arabic, Arabian language speaker to handle an on going project due to the intensity of the work. translator is required to translate magazines, web pages for an online blog. These translation project need a human translation specialist to handle so that results will be effective and the native speaker who do not understand English can have access to the full information in their language.
Take note, that google translation is highly prohibited to carry out the project
And no translator under age(18) should place bids, translator should have at least 1 year of translating experience.
