Spanish subtitles maker for Video

Hello Freelancers.
I get regular videos in English that need subtitles in Spanish. I'll also provide the translation so only have to create subtitles for videos. Delivery format must be SRT format.
You should be very experienced in subtitling, have native fluency in Spanish and English, and be familiar with the domain. Since this is a long-term opportunity, I'm looking for someone who can work on optimized rate.
Native Spanish speakers preferred.
