Spanish to English Translator for Meetings

I'm seeking a professional translator for my business meetings. Your primary responsibility will be translating Spanish to English. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both languages, with a solid understanding of business terminology and etiquette.
Since my trip is for promotion I prefer to :
1. Female to accompany during visiting companies.
2. Has engineering background.
3. Service will be On-site therefore preferably someone who knows the city roads very well so help help me while driving.
