Someone who understands sign language

I have an hour long video with me in which people are talking in sign language. I want someone who understands sign language to translate the video in English, by english I mean to watch the video and understand what they are speaking to each other and then convert in into a text document in English.

Note : I am attaching a 30 sec clip of the video, you have to translate it and then send it to me along with your bid, rest all other bids will be rejected.
