Social Media Video Editing & Translation
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m looking for a skilled creative who can take raw social-media footage and turn it into polished pieces ready for both YouTube and TikTok. The work goes beyond cutting clips: every post needs the right pacing, attention-grabbing hooks, platform-specific aspect ratios, subtitles, and–when required–fluent translation so the message lands just as powerfully in a second language.
Here’s how I imagine our workflow:
• You receive the source files and a short brief on mood, length, and any brand guidelines.
• You craft the edit, add captions or on-screen text, colour-grade, mix audio, and insert any light motion graphics that elevate the story.
• Where a second language is involved, you deliver an accurate translation and burn-in or separate subtitle file, synced perfectly to the cut.
I’ll provide prompt feedback after each draft so we can iterate quickly and keep momentum for regular posting. Final deliverables for every piece should be:
– A high-resolution master optimised for YouTube.
– A vertical version tailored to TikTok specs.
– Associated subtitle or caption files (SRT or embedded, depending on the platform).
If you’ve already built successful edits for short-form channels and feel confident translating voice-overs or on-screen text, let’s talk—I’m ready to get the first batch rolling right away.
