Simultaneous Interpreter for Meeting
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m looking for an experienced simultaneous interpreter who can join us in person and keep a fast-paced business meeting running smoothly across two languages. The assignment is strictly face-to-face; we will rely on you to deliver real-time interpretation without disrupting the flow of conversation.
What I need from you:
• Attend the meeting on-site (date, venue, and schedule will be shared after short-listing).
• Provide continuous simultaneous interpretation for the full session, ensuring every participant receives an accurate, natural-sounding translation.
• Prepare in advance by reviewing the agenda and any background material I supply, so terminology and names come through flawlessly.
• (Optional but appreciated) Bring or advise on portable interpretation equipment such as headsets or a whisper set if you have access to them.
• Hand over any quick follow-up notes or clarifications requested right after the meeting.
To help me choose, please mention:
• Your working language pair(s) and native language.
• Relevant certifications or memberships (e.g., AIIC, ATA, NAATI).
• Previous simultaneous interpretation experience, especially for business or executive meetings.
• Your availability for a brief preparation call before the event.
