Simple of interview transcripts/translation

have 32 transcripts of verbal interviews that were done for my PhD. I need someone to code them using the themes, that in my dissertation I will use as either direct quotes or paraphrased from the information conveyed. The themes, you'd be be coding with are simple and usually very obvious (like 'economics', 'family traditions', love of fishing, etc). It can be done with coding software (like NVivo) or more simply just within Word, using the comment boxes on the review tab. So, for instance, each time you find a passage relevant to the list of themes, you attach a comment box to it and write the theme in the box. The files vary in length from 1 to 30 pages, but with the majority around 5-10 pages. A fast reader would probably be able to complete the project in around a week. The one drawback is that they were transcribed using auto-transcription software, so they are about 90% accurate, but words that were transcribed wrong can usually be deciphered by context. Sections like that can also be skipped. I have a tight deadline, so quality is important, but need someone who can do it speedily and skip over anything that would take a long time to figure out.
